@Milhouse, @popcornmix

With build #1202 animated splash works fine.

Thank you ^^
I've noticed strange thing using pvr.hts (TVH service is running on separate server). If I select TV channel on my Pi that is already playing for some other client on TVH service - my screen freezes, Upper-right corner show Buffering 0%, and it stays that way as long as I like. Kodi is responsive, so I can press Stop button, and it returns to GUI, or Up/Down and it switches to different channels and starts playing fine. TVH server shows it is streaming to me, I did some sniffing locally, and stream is definitelly comming to the Pi. If I start different TVH client (i.e. VLC on Win) - it plays fine.

Did some downgrading of Kodi - all of the betas are affected together with this RC. Will try to find Gotham installation, and test with it.

In debug log, this error pops-up:
40886.496094 T:2720003136 ERROR: ReadPacket - Error demux packet doesn't belong to a valid stream

Do I take this to TVH forum? It is confusing me that different client is playing fine?!?
@Milhouse any chance you could include https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/pull/5869 so i can help xhaggi to test it ?

OK, tonights build assuming there are no problems merging it.

dvdplayer seems to have problems with some files: video freezes some 2-4 seconds before the end but audio continues to play. With omxplayer everything's fine.

I first noticed that with the ORF tvthek streams but this also happens if the files are played locally.

Here's a sample: http://www.horus.com/~hias/tmp/openelec/...141203.mp4

And here's the kodi.log from the 1202 build (kodi started manually from command line to work around PR:3657 command line argument issues). First played the local file with omxplayer acceleration enabled, then with omxplayer acceleration disabled.

Hi Millhouse,

After latest update (from #1201 to #1202) my lirc IR remote stopped working. Checked it through SSH with irw and underlying OE itself properly recognizes keypresses. It's only KODI that doesn't respond to any input from my remote. There is no problem with CEC (TV) remote that I can use to control KODI.

Yeah, sorry, there was a problem with PR:3657 but it's fixed now so should be OK in tonights build.

OK, thanks. Smile

Milhouse Wrote:Read the build #1201 release note.

Thank you as always, Milhouse

@Forage: "Read the build #1201 release note." was the answer. Your words just try to make you seem important and create conflict. If you don't have anything to say it's better that you say nothing.
It has nothing to do with trying to make myself seem important or to create conflict. I'm merely giving the advice to read up before trying something like a nightly build.
This way you know what you can expect when unstable changes have been made, which allows you to react accordingly.
In this case you would have known how to disable it right away in case of any problems because it was included in the changelog, without the need for you to ask, for you to wait for a response or for others having to repeat themselves.
