Solved Gotham: Rating music with <rating> tag in album.nfo doesn't work anymore
#1
I'm trying to get all my Music/Albums library rated but I don't know how to proceed. Does that has to come from the tags or is it possible to get this info inside an NFO file?

I know how to rate individual songs and it works but for albums, how does that work?

I have putted this tag in the album.nfo file:
Code:
<rating>5</rating>

I made a refresh on the album but I still only see 5 empty stars in my music/album showcase view.

I use Gotham latest nightly build with Aeon Nox 4.1.9 Gotham latest git. (I use local info only, no external scraping).

Also, it doesn't seem to be skin related as I also tried it with Confluence with the same results. I'm quite confused on how to achieve this.

Here's what I have with Aeon Nox 4.1.9 latest git:

Here with Confluence:

I'm surprised that this issue was not brought before in the forum. I'm also surprised to not receive any feedback from people.

I found this: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=51602 but I don't know what they are talking about for the solution.

I just found out it works under Frodo 12.3 but not with Gotham latest nightly build. It's time for a bug ticket: http://trac.xbmc.org/ticket/15127

Solved (after my bug ticket was answered) after installing the latest nightly build (April 18).
