Could it be possible to make the mouse invisible with a check uncheck in xbmc.

That way ppl with air mouse coming on when you wake it and you have input device - enable touch screen mouse unchecked - then you would not be annoyed by the mouse moving around the screen.

Or, you could just disable the mouse in settings->system->input devices ?
