Hi, Im wondering if you guys here can tell me the main differences between the Hp and Asus Chromebox and which one is the better of the two.

HP has a single RAM slot vs 2 for the Asus/Dell/Acer, as well as a inferior thermal design which leads the unit to running warmer and the fan running at higher nominal speeds, so it's louder than the others. I'd recommend the Asus personally.

Thanks, I can get a Hp with 4gb of ram for the same price as a 2gb Asus but im unsure which to go for. The fan noise is putting me off.
