The code exists to change the preset rating (which affects how frequently a preset is chosen; a preset with a rating of zero is never shown):

But, I can't see it surfaced anywhere to the UI. I think it would be a nice feature to be able to increase/decrease the ratings on presets.

trying projectM that's what I was thinking about first too! (remembering the rating feature from winamp)

to enjoy the visualization it just has too much unesthetic presets which I want to dismiss...
