Two more questions:

Is there some way to when a song is loved automatically add it to a playlist?

Is possible to change the percentage of completion for a song to be submited to lastfm?
Reply
no easily, no.
it would require you to modify the addon code.
can't help you with that i'm afraid.

Do you know some sort of "insert to playlist" workaround button for MusicOSD? I spent a huge time once making a playlist of around 800 loved songs so for now on I'm looking to add to a playlist everytime I love a song.

i'm not aware of a 'add to playlist' function for skins.
it can only be done through python as far as i know.

Hi, I made a plugin that streams music from a Subsonic server, but songs are not sent to Last.FM with your plugin enabled.
Same thing for the webradios I listen, with, for example, the SOMA.FM plugin.
Is there a way to scrobble that content ?
Should you not scrobble content as soon as it is considered as a song ?

Thanks !

many users only want to scrobble songs they actually pick themselves and not every song that might be played on some radio stream.
the last.fm api even (more or less) dictates scrobbling of songs from a radio stream must be opt-in.

so there's an option in the settings of the addon to enable it: 'Submit streaming radio to Last.fm'.
you might wanne try if enabling that option fixes your issue.

the addon does not support any type of stream though. if it's basically one long endless stream,
it's kinda hard for the addon to detect where one song ends and the next one starts.

@ronie : yes it works with the Subsonic addon !
Great !!!
Maybe you should rename this.
I had seen the option but wasn't thinking it would submit something that is not a streaming radio (which Subsonic is : it's more like a cloud storage)

Could this be fixed to scrobble to the album artist? I mean to use the tag ALBUMARTIST for the album’s artist.

When I scrobble some track on an album with multiple artists, in example this: http://www.last.fm/music/Various+Artists...at+the+BBC

It should be scrobbled to this album:
http://www.last.fm/music/Various+Artists...at+the+BBC

Instead of this:
http://www.last.fm/music/[any track artist]/Grind+Madness+at+the+BBC

I know that this is (or at least has been) possible with the Last.fm API 2.0.

This, of course, requires that the ALBUMARTIST tag is present.

thanx for the suggestion!

makes sense, i've added it: https://github.com/XBMC-Addons/service.s...ffd6be7338
will be available in the next version of the last.fm addon.
