Linux XBMC 13 doesn't detect my tv as a passthrough devie anymore

Hi guys,
I am using Xubuntu 12.04 and I just updated from the XBMC version 12.1 to 13.
But anyhow after updating to the new Version xbmc doesn't detect anymore my TV as passthrough device which worked like a charm before.

Anybody can help me?

Have you turned on pass through?

What's your options in that setting?

Yes I did. Now anyhow everything works but I have same settings like before again.
