Is there any way we can make Video Addon Start up after opening XBMC?
I can make Video As StartUp window?

Add-ons are 3rd party programming, so XBMC will always have to arrive first, then skin choices might give you what you want (you'll have to do some sleuthing) In general there is no easy way to open up add-on directly, although some skins allow home page position.
