Hi,
i'm watching a lot of movies in a different language but make it a little bit easier for me to understand the movie i'm using external subtitle files.
Unfortunality i have some movies which are in my foreign language but additionally they have subtitle information included in the file.

When the option subtitle is now activated, the external subtitle information are shown as wanted, but the internal, too.

Is it possible to just deactivate the internal subtitles, but show the external subtitles?

Nope. If you don't want the internal sub tracks then I would remux the files and remove them. Check out supplemental tools (wiki) for some programs that should be able to remux them.
