Hi all,

I am having problems with the video playback on my windows 7, 64bit, Acer laptop, The problem is that when I try to play video there is no picture and only sound, but if I close the video the playback is visible in the background hidden behind a menu. If I go back to home the video is again visible behind the Confluence skin. I have tried fully deleting and re-installing, but it remains the same. Any help would be gratefully appreciated as I have run out of options !

have u tryed turning off "allow hardware acceleration"(DXVA2) that fixed my problem when i had it or try reset default settings

Thanks for the reply. I have tried switching off and re-installing, but the problem still persists.
