I have X BBC running really well in a Raspberry Pi, and also a PL install which I'm happy with too.

I now have a Android tablet, is it possible to copy the settings from the RPi or the PERSON

Yes, is connect to the pi through file manager in windows enable view hidden folders go to the add-on folders in .xbmc and copy addons user data and add-on data folders and then do the same thing with your android device except paste everything.
