And yes, beta3 has the vevo problem, i reported here, and when beta4 came out - all worked perfectly.
I dont know if it is the update to beta5 (because i dont have beta4 to test it ) but now we have a problem.
Any suggestions? Maybe delete some files or complete addon and reinstall ?

Okay....I look into this...thanks for your feedback. I use the implementation of XBMC/KODI for 'shuffle' maybe I doing something wrong.

thank you. the script still failes, tried different things, including updating from beta2 to beta5 directly (had some device with beta2 that was off for one week...) - not helped.
also tried to copy the whole folder off the plugin from my pc to the openelec folder - still not helped.
kinda weird, the pc is right next to my openelec device - one is working perfect - the other keep saying script failed.
can't get it... in the debug there are error in python - so I trust you to figure it out somehow...

If I find some time and also could bring some thoughts to this how to resolve this properly. I don't implement just mentioned features without planing or testing them - this will only cause more problems and waste only my time. First up v5.0.5 will include minor bugfixes and optimizations. At the moment the request for this feature is very low (only you so far?) and other features I think are more welcome at the moment. But first let me finish the 5.0.5

OK, now I find something,I installed openelec - fresh install, then tried you official version from repo - not worked, then installed from bromix-repo and connected the device directly to my router with cat6 cable, and now it is working.
So i guess it was an internet problem - so then I put out the cable and used wireless usb - and it is still working...
so it very strange why 3 others friends called me in the same day and told me that youtube is not working anymore.
they all use the same HPNA device,

and they all used to watch youtube without any problem - for a long long time... and now suddendly all of them told me in the same day "youtube isnt working" -
watching online movies is still working great... so it is very strange...

I don't know this kind of device...but I have to suspect, that this in a hardware issue regarding either DNS or Gateway. Because in the DEBUG-Log the error was a timeout...so some resource on the web wasn't reachable for the addon and you're saying that it is working if you connect directly to your router.
Firmware-Update of the device? Maybe restart the device? As I said...I don't know of this device
