Read this ,new properties for PVR
http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=...pid1957564
But this is info for Author of PVR.....
All PVR who Kodi use havn't yet this new properties
From xhaggi list only ListItem.EpisodeName is "old", PVR have this tag,and write in EPG10.db...
xhaggi change for EpisodeName GuiInfo manager to show this propertie in Window (This part is missing before).
If your EPG have like this info " <episode-num system="onscreen">Staffel 2, Folge 32</episode-num>",and your PVR collect this Info from your epg.xml
You can add this in your window or dialog xml
Code:
$INFO(LisItem.EpisodeName)

thank you,
my epg.xml has this info <episode-num>, i am using this file with kodi through tvheadend, but kodi do not shown this info. In the tvheadenf epg, the info about the episode is shown.

should kodi directly read the information of epg.xml?

Same here no extended info in epg from Tvheadend backend in latest Kodi build for rpi .
Do we have to wait for support in Confluence or tvh client for this ?

Episode number is supported by pvr.hts. See https://github.com/kodi-pvr/pvr.hts/blob...d.cpp#L707

Didn't investigate Confluence.

@xhaggi
seems like the property EpisodeName is only exposed to ListItem but not to VideoPlayer Undecided

It's a little unclear if its a Kodi or Tvheadend "issue" Smile
