Hi Guys,

I 'm having issues with a new HTPC. It's my first Intel based HTPC and it's a problem I've never hard with AMD hardware.

System Specs:
I5-4590s
ECS H81H3-TI2
8GB RAM

Below is a screenshot of the problem:


Disabling DXVA sems to fix it, but then CPU usage increases dramatically...

What am I missing?

I had this with a new installation on a brand new Windows 8 laptop a few weeks ago.

I fixed it by installing the latest video driver. As simple as that.
