Hi,
I just installed xbmc (13,2) on windows 8,1.
WIth xbmc remote on android I don't get a connection to xbmc. WIth upnp (on the same android device) I am able to access xbmc and I see the videos I added to it. The music I added the same way I don't see on my android system. I don't understand why videos and music is handled differently here.
The windows firewall allows connections in the private network.
What could be going wrong here?
I already searched for this problem but didn't find anything useful. If there is a page describing common problems I'd be glad to know about it.
