I've tried searching for an answer but haven't found exactly what I'm looking for.
I like to view my music in library mode using "Fanart" and sorted by "Artist". I know that the software uses the ALBUM ARTIST tag for displaying the artist. If I tag my music using the normal artist name, for example "Phil Collins", then it will find and load fanart correctly but puts it under "P" in the list. If I make the ALBUM ARTIST tag "Collins, Phil", the it will sort it correctly but will not load fanart.
Is there a way to sort alphabetically by artist last name (if it is not a group name" AND have the fanart show? Possibly start using the ARTIST tag for sorting and continue using the ALBUM ARTIST tag for pulling fanart?
Please advise...it's just annoying when browsing through a long list of artists.
