I know this is a well known issue and there have been several topics about this, but I still haven't found a solution for my problem. I decided to update from Frodo and give Gotham a go. When I try to open XBMC using xbmc.exe it gives the 'Unable to create application. Exiting' error.

I have tried several things to solve the problem:
1. Reinstall XBMC
2. Install XBMC in C:// folder not in Program Files.
3. Delete XBMC.log file
4. Update my drivers

Nothing worked. What else can I try to get Gotham up and running?

Can someone tell me by looking at my XBMC.log file if something is wrong and what to do about it?

I have the same 'issue' because I use raoming profiles on a domain. The solution is to launch xbmc with the '-p' parameter
