Go here and download the latest sqlite3.dll

http://www.sqlite.org/download.html

then copy it to c:\windows\system32 directory

Thumbs Up
I've solved this problem, apparently this error occurs when we unchecked the "Microsoft Visual C++ packages" component while we at "Choose Components" in installation wizard. Now, I can run Kodi Jarvis normally.

I found a fix for you. if your running a 64bit system then you will need to install the 32bit Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013.

worked perfectly for me.

Thanks earlobe26, it works perfectly for me too.
I'm using Windows 7 on 64-bit system and after the installation of the 32-bit Visual C++ Redistributatble Packages for Visual Studio 2013, all is good!

worked perfectly for me.

The above file is not compatible with windows 10. For that one can use "vcredist_x86.exe" from vc2013 folder which is included in the the kodi installation.
This worked perfect for me on my Windows 10 PC.
