So im a newbie and I'm sure its not that hard, but i have no idea what i'd need..anyway, I want to add a submenu as show in the item below such as ADULT XXX and have all the submenu tabs underneath that when clicked would take me to the appropriate site. Is this a skin option to change and if so which one...and how would I go about setting my menu bar up like this. Any help would be appreciated. If Im asking a stupid question please forgive my lack of knowledge on this.....

Use Hybrid skin this allows you to create your own main menu items as well as submenus and whatever else you want and is based on Confluence which is the skin in your screenshot so that might be your best bet
