So i downloaded xbmc on non rooted android phone. however, when i try to install any any addon from zip file from fusion server, it says the addon does not have correct structure. The addon is fine I checked. I dont what i need to do to install addons on my phone. I would appreciate your help.

If you downloaded fusion you'd know it didn't come from here. Ask about it where you got it from.
