I'm new to XBMC (Kodi), and have a double barrel question. My son installed Kodi on my tablet, and it works brilliantly. My question is about Kodi and my tv tuner on my pc. I want to access my tuner on my pc, from my tablet. The reason is, although there are lots of ways of accessing tv on the tablet, none allow me to access my local bbc programs, so the only option is my tuner. Can anyone lead me to where I can set up 1) Kodi on my pc to access my tuner, and 2) use Kodi to access my tuner on my tablet (if this is at all possible. Thanks.

Yep, you need to set up a backend on the PC with the tuner in it. Once this is done and working, you need to download and install the relevant PVR plugin for Kodi for both your tablet and your PC. Point them both at the backend you set up and TV will work on both devices.
