What are the best settings to scrape movies, series so I the best can use them for XBMC?

After finishing scraping with tMM I just have to scrape with XBMC again to get the data downloaded / scraped by tMM into XBMC's database?

Sorry, I am not sure to understand. I meant, how should I scrape with tMM to let XBMC properly show the scraped info / nfo information, the images etc.

After scraping with tMM, do I anything have to do to make the information show in XBMC?
