Thanks DoubleT but I have no interest in waiting 1 to 2 business day before ordering from DirectCanada, want to place order today.

Also anyone know if the Power Supply is included if I purchase it as above, or do I have to buy one? If I need to select one, any advice for my first NUC system?

No mention about IR capabilities on the sellers page but NUC does support IR, IIRC
