OpenELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 15.0) Part 1
Ok, but how can I get a debug log when installing?
You can enable debug logging by adding the loglevel entry to advancedsettings.xml which you might be able to do before booting for the first time in the Pi. Nobody can really help based on the limited information you're currently giving. Knowing when the problem started might also be useful, does it happen with #0308b?
Texture Cache Maintenance Utility: Preload your texture cache for optimal UI performance. Remotely manage media libraries. Purge unused artwork to free up space. Find missing media. Configurable QA check to highlight metadata issues. Aid in diagnosis of library and cache related problems.
Are you installing afresh, or updating from previous version?

If updating, I would try turning on debug logging, then upgrade in the normal way (ie put the tar file in .update and reboot).

It is when installing from scratch, so I don't know how to enable debugging when installing.
I will try #308b.
So, for debugging when I install from scratch, have I to create .kodi folder, then userdata folder and create advancedsettings.xml with the debug entry before first boot?

If you just want something for testing then here are some 1 minute test samples:

Yes.

@Psyduckap: Also, although characterised as an installation problem, it sounds like OpenELEC has done it's job and has managed to start Kodi, but then Kodi stalls for some reason. This might suggest a problem with Kodi starting with a fresh .kodi, or perhaps when Kodi has to create the empty SQLite databases (there have been recent changes here to the TVxx db). Deleting .kodi should mean you can recreate this situation. I'd test myself but am a bit tied up so won't get around to this until later.

@popcornmix: would PR6741 be a preferable fix added to newclock4 than https://github.com/popcornmix/xbmc/commi...c851cb088a ?

Might be. I've switched to the PR.

It sure did. Thanks!

@zaphod24, your link is a 404 for me. But anyway, a paste site is preferred around here. Openelec even has a pastebinit command!
