Linux BUG: Kodi run but no play anything on Debian 7.7, CPU usage high show 100%? why?

I make a guess before having seen anything, my guess is a) no gpu drivers and software mesa b) fglrx installed, fglrx's vsync bug has 3rd birthday this year - we could celebrate.
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.

Thank you all posts.

This Debian is one VMware hosts, no phisycal monitor, is that related? The CPU is dual core,
model name : Intel® Xeon® CPU 3065 @ 2.33GHz

Btw, I checked mesa, the mesa-utils package installed. The kodi launch way is from project build folder, run ./kodi.bin.

I had one quick look on the log collect way, may a bit compicated, so no log to here for temp.
