I can't seem to get Kodi to boot to shell. I changed the Custom User Interface and everything. Restarted multiple times to no avail. I installed Kodi and it asked me to move everything to the Kodi directory, which I did. The CUI is enabled with the Kodi.exe but it still loads up Windows as if it does not 'see' the Kodi exe. Is anyone else having this issue since the update? Maybe there's some kind of lingering CUI from the old installation of XBMC (I'm unsure of where to find those, if so). I'm running Windows 8.1.
