After the first start-dialogue, Kodi should know where the device is located and what lang the user prefers. Unfortunatly, that setting isn't propagated to the remaining components as scraper, subtitles, ...
Please make use of this setting, so users don't get confused why their DB is indexed in EN (even if we already have a local lang support)
