So I have an Apple TV 2 running on 5.3. It is currently running Gotham 13.2 XBMC and when I try installing Kodi or updating anything in Nito TV, I get the error:

E: Type 'libsubstrate.0.dylib' is not known on line 1 in source list /etc/apt/sources.list.d/saurik.list
E: The list of sources could not be read.

I have no idea how to fix this. Any help?

You need to remove /etc/apt/sources.list.d/saurik.list.

On OSX use Terminal.in Applications/Utilities
ssh root@"ip of your apple tv here" e.g.. ssh [email protected]
password : alpine

rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/saurik.list

Hit the return key and you should be done.
Close Terminal

Or use Cyberduck to find file and delete it.
