HI, recently got this but when i go into Kodi and try to watch a film, the film asks me to enter the letters in the box above, but when they keyboard comes up there is no letters or symbols int he box for me to type so i cannot watch this.

can you please advise.

either you're using an outdated skin or maybe you have to select a keyboard layout in settings.
