Details of all devices relevant to the problem
I have kodi directory located outside the programs folder.
I have the pointing to "the path to kodi.exe" -p
The shortcut is set to run with administrative privileges

This is driving me nuts. I reviewed a few posts with similar subjects and not found a solution.
