*edit: I tested the skin for a bit now and I only have one issue left. When scrolling through the library, movies and episodes are sorted in this kinda weird style like in my first picture. I think it would make more sense the way its sorted in the second one.

How did you get the fan art to display without the gray overlay?

I edited the transperancy in the XML. But I don't use that version anymore, I made another one with more of the grey background.

can I just modify the homescreen file in the skin or?

Made some small changes today. For example I changed the way view options are displayed. They are now brought up from below, instead of a full screen dialogue. You can also rotate fan art on the home screen.

I added an option to have the system buttons appear as a "drawer" like the view options

What do you mean? A button for returning to the home screen? I was wondering on adding a top drawer with shortcuts, to get to the favorites screen, maybe home screen yes.

Aha, I didn't know about that. What is the benefit of using that? Would you like sub menus on each item? Seems like it would be a lot of work and it would clutter the interface more.

I added a favorites icon to the home drawer, which gives a little more navigation possibilities.

The benefit is to setup multiple home menu items once via skin shortcut-settings (usually within skin settings) and use it with any skin which has support for skin shortcuts.

More features:

- Unlimited menu items (*)
- Create shortcuts to almost anything - library, add-ons, favourites, sources, UPnP and more
- Rearrange, add and delete shortcuts as you want (*)
- Override actions (*)
- Create shortcuts directly to a node provided by an add-on
- Create shortcuts to only show library content from a particular source

- Keep your customised menu if you switch to another skin using the script

Loving this skin even more now! just wondering if you can make the homescreen fanarts customisable? I have a whole folder full of fanarts i'd like to use for the homescreen instead of actual fanarts..

I usually point the directory to E:/fanarts

do you get what I mean?

also what plans do you have for the future of this skin?

It should work for both 14 and 15, I don't know about earlier versions.
