Animated Movie Posters
(2018-08-18, 05:27)chrissix Wrote: I stop spamming right now * gg *

But a big thank you to those guys who have completely animated the whole MCU. Thats looks really eyecandy!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eh1MMXn6cHc
Also great thanks to the mates who animated whole Star Wars (including Set Poster and Set Logo)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f8_nV0DDldY
And also the whole Harry Potter Collection
https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_conti...0C4S5wcM84

Also not to forget the following collections fully animated in same design including movie set:
The Dark Knight Collection
Back to the future Collection
Terminator Collection
Lord of the Rings Collection

Please let me know if i missed something.
Great work!
Did you have to manually download/save some of the artwork and logos and then choose them manually for each movie? For eg:- After scraping my metadata and artwork from Media Companion, I refreshed the movies in my kodi library I guess some background process evoked artwork beef, after which i was able to see a lot of animated artwork posters. But many posters listed here on the thread have not automatically got assigned, so do we have to manually download them for each of the movies and attach them to the movie artwork using "choose artwork" option in each of the movies?
Also, I loved your Star Wars collection logo.. did u have to manually attach them to the movie set?

I see you have a Avengers Movie Set has mixed movies from Avengers series, guardians of the galaxy and spiderman.. did u manually add them to avengers movie set? Cos avengers right now only has a handful of movies in its collection.
Please please, please do reply to my questions.. lots of people here are only talking among themselves, and many questions are unanswered that has been asked by new members.

One of the top rules in a forum is not to complain about lack of support.
We should just accept that ...

Since my animated setting is still buggy, i also asked a few questions here that could not be answered.
See post #1,364

First of all, MediaCompanion or any other MediaManager has no relation to the animated stuff topic.
Your skin must support this (your skin can do that)
If your skin does not support that you can still replace animated stuff with the normal fanarts.
Everything about Animated stuff is handled by SkinHelperService.
ArtworkBeef can be used as a supplement.

I know you're pretty new in the subject, but I'm sure you have not read the wiki documentation and the associated forum threads from SkinHelperService and ArtworkBeef yet
Please do that first. Since the topic also appears in the skins again and again I advise you to study also the Skin Forum thread of your skin.
Even if you go through this thread from scratch, it will revial also much information for you.

Should then also indecency occur, the right place would always be the respective forum thread to the respective Addon/Plugin/Program with you have problems.

As far as I know, this thread is more a thread for sharing animated AAA content among themselves.
By PM I like to help, but must always point out before I write with "explaining" my fingers sore ->TeamViewer

I will try to make the godzilla cover yes, I will be inspired by your examples because what I often miss most is ideas.
I will also attack the solo one to go with the set that Schimik2k started.

I had a similar idea on the Deadpool Collection Animated Poster based on this fanart. But I think yours succeeded even better:

Great, then we checked off (the current) MonsterVerse

The "MonsterVerse Collection" will never be available on TMDB, as some of you may have created a custom set, these are the arts I use:

(Of course, I do not have any rights to any of the images, but feel free to use or edit them)
Also feel free to share some if you have better ones.

I still do not understand GIMP at all, but I try to train my skills to create a MonsterVerse Animated Collection poster once.

Great Great Thanks! The Solo Animated Poster looking great awsome!

Take a short look at link:

Now every Star Wars Cinematic/Theatrical Release has an AAA+ quality Animated Poster.
Except for The Clone Wars Theatrical Release (2008)

I offer you a PayPal donation of 10€ if you are motivated to complete the whole Star Wars Cinematic Collection with the last one: The Clone Wars (2008).
Maybe also someone else wants to join my offer.

It would be a great idea then to re-release all the Star Wars posters in a single post. ...just for the sake of completeness of the nice work.

Great thanks @mouflo

thank you for the compliments, for clone wars I will try when I have a little time, my holidays are over so it's harder to find.
There are not many posters for clone wars and those existing have not much to give me ideas without having a few hours of work on it.

Also great thanks for completing the MonsterVerse Collection (Godzilla 2014 & Kong 2017) - Great!

I've found 33 Star Wars - The Clone Wars (2008) HQ Posters, please take a look:

Some are very suitable for a simple "shimmer effect" of the lightsabers Smile

oh man I do not know how to thank you!
Reputation and a big thank you is the least I can do!

Big Great THX!!!

All Star Wars Cinematic Releases are now finished, done! Well done!

I think nobody will do anything to us if the entire collection is posted again as a collection.
Unfortunately, I still do not know how to directly post pictures and previews in original resolution. I would like to take over this part. Maybe someone could explain this to me via PN shortly.
