Today I save the images as well :
poster : 100x1500 jpg
fanart : 1920x1080 jpg
What would be the correct size for a picture of these characteristics to the database is not too heavy ?

By default, Kodi already resizes images. The defaults are 1080 for fanart, and 720 for posters, IIRC.
