Are the Videos I posted along with the Kodi log enough to debug the issue ?

I had the same problem and after testing i can be shure it is the video
you can isolate the video from the audio and play it it will keep stuttering
or try spmc or gotham no difference ....
i dont know why but i guess it is an codec issue
