Hi there.

I have a Synology NAS DS414 and connected a Sundtek DVB-S2 Stick to the USB 2.0 port. Via tvheadend website the live TV is working well.

I have also a Zotac HTPC with XMBC 13.x working well. Can I watch live TV by using the Sundtek Stick that is connected on the Synology NAS? How. I am using tvheadend frontend. I tried to change the preferences "Address" from
127.0.0.1
to
192.168.0.10 (IP Adress von my NAS)
but it doesn't work.

I don#t really want to watch live TV. I want to use the XMBC to program the recordings. It looks better than tvheandend webview. ;-)

yes. That is exactly what I have done. The backend tvheadend is working well.

Just entering the IP or do I have to set more that the IP? (ports,username and passwort I also entered)
XMBC is showing the message "Verbindung unterbrochen..."

Verbindung unterbrochen == broken (lost) connection from my lousy German.

Have you configured a user on the tvheadend backend with the appropriate privileges? It should be as simple as defining the user, then entering the IP address and user credentials on the Kodi box, and you're done. Ports 9981 and 9982 are the HTTP/HTSP defaults and don't need changing.
