As I could see you are using xperience1080 skin. Could you enable RSS Feed and try again? Let's me explain. RSS Feed causes update GUI at max rate because it updates GUI every frame. Whereas for lack of GUI updates causes dropping FPS. Current nighties has same behavior. This is especially evident on the last screen because there are no GUI updates.
