Hi I am new to all this and needing help.we purchased a box for my 12 year old daughters bedroom and was working fantastic up until around 2 weeks after we got it.where one day she turned it on and all the addons categories has gone.obviously I blamed her for touching something she shouldn't . This has now happened four times and I think the person I got it off now thinking I'm a bit of a pest after keep returning it. But I now no she isn't touching anything has she fell to sleep so I turned the box off and the next day it was me to use the box first and once again it had happened. If I go to bottom left were there's a star I can get on a few addons there but all the movie, kids,sport ,live tv ect have all disappeared .any help appreciated thanks in advance
