99% of BBS systems use the term "forums.domain"
I keep manually typing 'forums.ko' and wondering why my Firefox Awesomebar doesn't autoresolve.

Ummm worth asking anyhow.

I added a CNAME record forums.kodi.tv that points to the A record forum.kodi.tv
