Quite a lot of my video add ons come up with "script failed" error whenever I use them, I have tried uninstalling them and other things but just cant figure out how to fix it, I have searched everywhere but I am at a loss, any help or pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated, thank you

"script failed" is basically a really generic message from one of your add-ons that means "something went wrong". It could be harmless or it could be something that explains crazy behavior on the HTPC. You would need to look at the debug log (wiki) to find out more information and what add-on is triggering the message.
