live tv and npvr were working until upgrade to v14

first run says no pvr addons found, and disabled live tv

navigated to pvr clients

none of them will install

all say missing dependency

reboot, try again to install next pvr

see this in log

pvr.nextpvr requires xbmc.pvr version 1.9.0 which is not available

I had a similar problem. Had to delete Kodi and re-install. I also deleted previous installs of XBMC and all is well. Had to navigate to userdata to find add-on folder and delete that as well.

also, 14.1 addresses some issues with PVR functionality as well.
Make sure you start out using confluence and get your PVR working before adding skins. I had an issue with a skin script that needed to be removed before everything worked..
