I'm waiting for this as well as it is only $20 more then a top of the line Android box currently. Having recently purchased a 4Ktv, I've been waiting for an HDMI 2.0 box with strong specs. However my concern will be streaming of 4K content. It's been confirmed that 4k blu-rays will hit the market at the end of the year with up to 100gb content sizes. Once that is there, I'm sure there will be a Kodi add-on developed. But for a large file, how smooth will streaming be. I currently get 25 download speeds.
