I've received my NVIDIA Shield yesterday, I've managed to transfer my DB and settings from my RPi using Backup and so far I'm happy. It has played several different codecs, including H264 Hi10P. The only thing I can point out is that Kodi crashed a couple of times unexpectedly, in one case I was searching for an addon and the other I was just navigating menus on Aeon Nox. Apart from that everything is fluid and snappy.
