Two multi-drive USB enclosures are connected to the QNAP box (total 12 disks) and works fine for me.
What I meant was a multi-bay enclosure connected directly to the Shield TV.
A NAS is simply 100% too expensive for me at the moment (and I already have a mediasonic 4 bay enclosure currently attached to my Dune Base 3)
