Input for Shield Mid Year review - Pick the Right Kodi Box thread

I'm about to update the above Hardware thread and need honest, detailed brief input about what works on the Shield and what is currently broken.
No fanboy extensive walls of text, I want clear concise info, such as:

- Firmware 3.2 update has broken 25/50fps deinterlacing on the Shield

So current questions for the update (Kodi Jarvis SPMC only):

1) is 23.976/29.97/59.94fps video sync working properly, are there stutters with 4K content ?
2) is Kodi dynamic 23.976/29.97.59.94fps refresh rate switching working properly ?
3) does the Shield autoswitch 720p/1080p<<--->> 2160p resolutions properly ?
4) quality of the video upscaling ?
5) status of HDR10 or regular 10bit Kodi video output ?
6) status of HDR10 Netflix video output ?
7) any major issues with HD Audio passthrough ?
8) worthy new OS features compared to regular Android devices ?
9) any other major annoying (common) issues ?
