NVIDIA Shield (Android TV set-top box)

Because that fork already has new features not in Kodi or SPMC?

As more time goes on, MrMC becomes more and more its own thing. Really, take a look at the changelog and github commits. It's a different app who's main target is non-add-on use (non-vital enough to drop python for the sake of a better system, and to meet requirements for certain app stores). In the long run, a replacement for Python add-ons is in the works that sounds amazing, and hopefully is something Kodi adopts as well.

You can even compile it for free. Or someone else can, and then give it away. It's open source.

I don't really use it daily, but only because I don't currently need to. If I had to use it, MrMC would fit 90% of my daily needs, and probably all of my family's needs. With the path that MrMC is on, I honestly look forward to where it is going.
