I solved it by removing kodi folder from user's appdata\roaming. Be careful, it takes to reconfigure kodi settings again.
Nope, it didn't worked out. Video stream becomes glitchy after a while.

@Karellen I can send you one list for testing purposes. The problem is that the stream ends or changes to the backup stream - Kodi stops like someone pressed the Stop button. There are no issues in VLC because VLC uses auto reconnect, repeat on lost connection. I think the problem will be gone if you add some loop/auto connect, reconnect function instead of closing connection on EOF of the stream.
