Is this skin compatible with a jailbroken 8.1.2 iPhone5?

I'm unable to locate the skin under the core Kodi Repo on my iphone yet I can see it on my windows tablet? Checked for updates and both devices are stating all up to date. Any ideas?

The skin looks great - I've got an old ATV2 and the skin looks very similar.
