complete newbie to this guys so apologies straightaway..! I have just today plugged in my new Prometheus htpc. slowly finding my way around both this and the tiny remote! one problem I cant solve is it switches itself off after 30 mins and have tried looking in settings for such things as power saving, screen refresh etc but still no luck. definitely not a overheating problem. also is there anything I am missing as when I try to play any music it keeps coming up with script failure...help guys !! tia ps. there was no start-up when switched on but went straight into home screen.

You got ripped off with the "Prometheus". I'd even call the guy who sells them a scammer. If you can contact paypal or your bank or however you paid for it, try to get a refund.
