Any links showing this library working on a different platform?
Nope just anecdotal evidence from other ARM enthusiasts.
I can confirm that libpepflashplayer.so from an ARM chromebook works this way:
--ppapi-flash-path=/usr/lib/PepperFlash/libpepflashplayer.so --ppapi-flash-version=16.0.0.305

@ carmik, give this image in this link a try, Views by some think its the fastest Chromium Browser on the RPi2.

Edit: just been trying the Ubuntu 14.04 disk image out and its works well on an Overclocked RPi2.
If your looking for a dual boot (or more) Option with Raspian and its Epiphany Web Browser and also the Option of booting into Openelec then I highly recommend a wicked little program called Berryboot. Its very easy to setup and works well

Has any progress been made on this feature? AFAIK, OSMC plans to include a web browser by September. Any similar plans for the upcoming isengard-based openelec?
Please remember we are talking about the RPi here

Kodi itself will get one based on CEF, but the developer working on it is having a break because of real life issues.
