Isengard mod 7.1.9 is released. If you have the repo installed, it should be picked up with your updates. The main feature is "shelfcase" view for videos.



Aside from that, when paused the "SEEKING" indicator is hidden, and a latent problem with the "panel view" that wasn't set up correctly when "genres" used in the view is fixed. Note that when working on "genres" I found a problem that isn't easy to fix: If you go to the topmenu "art" tab, and select a custom folder containing genre icons, the icons will only be used in certain views. In the other views the default video or music image is used. This isn't a problem if you leave the default genre icon folders (these are part of the "extrapack" addon).

More detail on genre icon issue. Here is the Genre display (you have to have extrapack installed to get the icons)



If you select "Alternate Genre Icons" you have to enter a path to the icons (must be ,jpg filenames). When you refresh the view, for the shelfcase (as an example, happens in original views too) you don't get the icons:

See this is the benefit of being an Isengard early adopter :}

I have the changes in my local Helix 6.1.9 branch. I can push them to the github so you can download from there. Give me a day. Since I assume many people are using MQ5 on Helix as their "production" system I don't want to force too many updates out there -- at least use Isengard as sort of a beta for MQ5.

it´s awsome and i use it in your mod (isengard) ,
i copy it manually in the 720p folder.

but after each update over your repository i must do the same work over and over ....
will you give this a try ?

I think "plot outline" only exists for movies, right? Could probably do it in "views" but for example skin widgets only supplies the plot for the home page widgets.

I found your mod files. will take a look.

In your shelfcase view, when i press left at beginning of list it doesnt move to the end of the list and vice versa.

It works on all the other views. What should i add to enable this.
